We collected the most common questions that come up before a first purchase and while waiting for an order.

How do I place an order?

Pick an item in the catalog, choose size and color, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. On the order page enter your name, contacts, and delivery address, choose a shipping option and pay online.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, MIR cards, SBP transfers, and e-wallets. Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway on the checkout page.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart with measurements in centimeters. If you are between sizes or unsure, message support — we'll help based on photos or the item description.

How long does delivery take?

Moscow and St. Petersburg — 1–3 business days, other Russian regions — 3–10 days depending on the area and courier. The estimated date appears in the cart after you choose a shipping option.

Can I track my order?

After the order is shipped, a tracking number is issued in your profile and sent via Telegram. You can track the parcel on the courier's website.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item in good condition within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and all tags are intact. See the Returns page for details.
