The item must retain its appearance, consumer properties, tags, and packaging, and must not have been used. Underwear and personal hygiene items are not returnable.
Message support on Telegram with the order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return and send the shipping address. The return shipment is paid for by the customer.
Once we receive the parcel and inspect the item, funds are refunded via the original payment method. Processing takes 1–10 business days depending on the bank.
An exchange for a different size or color is available if the item is in stock. If the desired variant is unavailable, a refund is issued instead. Shipping for the replacement is billed separately.
