Terms of sale

This offer governs the relationship between the customer and IE Afanasiev Alexander Sergeevich (the "Seller"). By placing an order, the customer fully agrees to the terms of this offer.

"Product" means items presented in the store's catalog. "Order" means an intent to purchase placed by the customer. "Site" means the gamebreaker-merch online resource at the address shown in the header.

The customer places an order independently via the site's cart and is required to provide accurate contact details. The Seller may contact the customer to clarify order details.

Payment is made online at checkout by bank card or an alternative method available on the payment page. The order is considered paid once funds are credited to the Seller's account.

The Seller undertakes to deliver a product of good quality within the agreed time frame. The customer undertakes to accept and pay for the product. The parties are liable under the laws of the Russian Federation.

The parties seek to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are referred to the court at the Seller's location.
