2. Cost
Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on weight, dimensions, and region. Orders over ₽7,000 ship to pickup points across Russia free of charge.
3. Timing
Moscow and St. Petersburg — 1–3 business days, major cities — 2–5 days, other regions — 5–10 days. The clock starts when the order is handed over to the courier.
4. Pickup
Pickup from SDEK and Boxberry points is available in all cities where these services operate. The nearest point's address and hours appear at checkout.
5. Tracking
After the order is handed to the courier, you receive a tracking number in your profile and via Telegram. You can track the parcel on the carrier's website.
